At Charles Mayer, we take pride in the quality of our home collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
